Should you still remain dissatisfied, you should write to the Managing Director for a final response on behalf of the company at the address above or at director@hawkandeagle.co.uk. Should you still remain dissatisfied, you may contact the Property Ombudsman (TPO) for Estate Agents, but not before the previous two steps, of which we are a member. As a member of The Property Ombudsman scheme, and abiding by its Code of Practice, we may disclose information about you to the Ombudsman in relation to your complaint.
