Dear sir/madam,
you have disguised your name so we are unsure if you are a customer of ours or not. Regardless, what you describe is not possible especially if you have a tenancy agreement, which protects your interest.
If you are a genuine customer, you will have the branch details and the in-house complaints procedure to contact us. If you are not and this is a false review, it will not benefit you in the least. ...

I had the misfortune to speak to a person called Reema. She consistently talked over me, never listening, and pushed for a deposit to merely ask the landlord whether an offer would be acceptable.
She was rude, mendacious and unprofessional in the extreme. I would give this agency a very wide berth! ...

Hawk & Eagle Property Consultants places customer satisfaction above all else. Should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we would encourage you to contact the branch directly and speak with any of the senior Property Consultants for a resolution. Should you still remain dissatisfied, you should write to the Managing Director for a final response on behalf of the company at the address above or at [email protected]. Should you still remain dissatisfied, you may contact the Property Ombudsman (TPO) for Estate Agents, but not before the previous two steps, of which we are a member. As a member of The Property Ombudsman scheme, and abiding by its Code of Practice, we may disclose information about you to the Ombudsman in relation to your complaint.
