What agent could do to change your mind?
Be attentive to both tenants and landlords. Work in the interest of both parties, as both are customers not one-sided. Be mindful when stating law and procedure around lettings/ sales, especially if end customers have a high-knowledge in the same field

What agent could do to change your mind?
Manage the sale by not passing us between all the staff in the office. Do their job properly by checking the financial status of the prospective buyers and keeping the customer informed instead of the customer chasing for updates.

Thank you for your comments. It is at Landlord discretion whether to use the management service offered by the Agent. In this case the Landlord has local maintenance people and this has worked successfully since we took the property on our books in 2005. Regarding the heating, this runs on a centralised boiler in the block so the problem was not as simple as you would expect with an individual boiler etc. It was only when it transpired that there were ongoing problems with the heating (that th ...
