DO NOT USE HARVEY HAMILTONS - They are RUDE ,turn up unannounced and when told this is not allowed the reply was that “they can do what they want”. Do not use Harvey Hamilton. The staff are rude, patronising and accusatory. The houses are low quality, nothing gets fixed, you only get blamed for the issues even when tenants are not to blame. They give false advertising and promises. We signed our contract but once arrived multiple issues ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
