Genuinely horrified by this review. I take great pride in my work and love my job, I work for a small, well respected, independent estate agency and value everyone who comes to us looking for a good place to live. I enjoy the process of finding the right place for the right people. I cannot find a trace of Lucy or Amelia calling in on this day. ...

Very unprofessional outfit. Arrogant approach to prospective clients which is very off-putting. Also very expensive in terms of their lettings service. Steer well clear of these clowns....
