We are confident our fees are competitive with other ARLA Licenced Agencies.
Please contact our office for a free, no-obligation property appraisal at which we would be happy to discuss achievable rental, our services and fees.

TENANTS
We charge absolutely no upfront fees to tenants.
All that is required to move into a property is one month's rent and deposit equivalent to 6-8 weeks rental depending on the property.
Deposit is held in a Government Approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme until the end of the tenancy at which point it is refunded in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement.
