Landlord Fees

LET ONLY SERVICE
10% plus VAT (12% including VAT) of the annual rent for the initial term of the contract.

MANAGEMENT SERVICE (Includes Rent Collection)
5% plus VAT (6% including VAT) of the annual rent for the initial term of contract.

RENT COLLECTION
2.5% plus VAT (3% including VAT) of the annual rent for the initial term of the contract.

RENEWAL COMMISSION
7% plus VAT (8.4% including VAT) for the first renewal term and 6% plus VAT (7.2% including VAT) for any subsequent renewal terms.

Inventory fee
Dependant on the number of bedrooms and size of the property

Check out fee
Dependant on the number of bedrooms and size of the property

Professional clean
Dependant on the number of bedrooms and size of the property

Tenant Fees

Amendment Fee - Contract negotiation, amending terms and updating your tenancy agreement during your tenancy.
£50.00 (inc VAT) plus cost of updating the inventory if applicable

Unpaid rent/Returned Payments
Interest at 3% above Bank of England Base Rate from date due

Lost key replacement/change of locks
Dependant on locks and amount of keys to be replaced.
