Halhams are useless, you have to constantly chase them when issues occur, all they are interested in is the commission from the rent. When speaking to the agents it is like dealing with muppets they contradict nearly every sentence they dream up. These clowns are ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Yes but then issues occurred for example we went 2 months with no ensuite we had water leaks through roof when repaired decorating needed doing they weren't interested so in my opinion they rent should reflect the fact the property was not in the condition we moved int and it was not our fault
