Agent Fees

We quote 1.5% to 2.5% +VAT for multi agency instructions and 1.5% + VAT for Sole Agency instructions. On lettings its 12% reducing to 11% for Sole Agency. All fees are plus VAT. The additional costs would be for the EPC depending on the size of the property.

Complaints Procedure

Initially it would be investigated by the Managing Director and we would try and resolve the issue.

We are members of all the trade bodies, TPO & NAEA so a report can be made to these.

We also hold Professional Indemnity for any serious claims.

We are always happy to try and mediate the issues to come to a satisfactory solution.
