My comment was left more than a year ago. And this demonstrates how much you care about your own reputation, tenants and tenancy.
I've left uk now and never received my 600£ deposit back. I don't know where I put your keys, as I never used them no more after I left. I'm a good person and never thought to pop in the property to scare new tenants. I just want people to know what I've experienced with you. Especially for the money which I never got back. Everyone must know about it. ...

Very Positive Experience we rented as a couple from the agent for several years, nice staff and a great apartment all maintenance issues were dealt with quickly. We would use again if we ever return to Manchester....
