Ben, I as a fellow landlord who has used Greenwoods for years agree wholeheartedly with your comments. I have always found the staff to be particularly polite and helpful (my dealings are primarily with Kate) keeping me in a constant communication loop should there be any problems.
In today's climate I believe customer service to be paramount and I for one have no sleepness nights about my property being managed by Greenwoods. For sure everyone is entitled to their opinion but for any potenti ...
