The Tenant may have a complaint against a member of Greenwood Lettings and Estate agents staff or other tenants are to be made in writing, with the name, contact details and, where appropriate, the position of the complainant, included. E-mail greenwood accordingly.
Write to: Customer Services (Complaints) Greenwood Lettings and Estate agents, The complaint will be investigated with a view to ensuring it is relevant, appropriate. All calls are recorded and this will include checking the conversations valid at the time of the alleged complaint to consider inappropriate and inform the complainant in writing with 28 days. If a complaint is considered valid, the Greenwood Lettings and Estate agents will
acknowledge receipt of the complaint and advise the complainant that it will be investigated. The procedure will be as follows: A director or senior member of staff will be appointed to investigate the complaint.
This person will first attempt to resolve the issue by mediation. The
staff member or the tenant will be offered the opportunity to make
written representations within one month as to all tenant complaints and oral representations will not be accepted. Taking into account any written representations, the Greenwood Lettings and Estate agents will reply to the complainant within 28 days.
