Dear Dalton,
We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. Your deposit was protected under a custodial scheme and you were given the chance to accept or dispute the charges and you accepted them. Just to clarify, the £150 for the carpet is not for cleaning but to help with the cost of replacing it. The carpet when you moved in was new and upon checking out, although professionally washed it was so stained, the landlord had no choice but to replace it. Dear Barbara this is getting really funny. You just proved my point, you only sent me those 2 "invoices", there are still 35 pounds missing that you kept but never proven that you spent. I also wonder what's the legal validity of a screenshot of an amazon cart ?. Please attach the invoice for the remaining 35 pounds, or actually do the right thing and send them to me via bank transfer, and be careful with this behavior in the future ...

Your case has been investigated and going through our email correspondence I see that your emails have been responded in timely and professional manner and the issues you stated were addressed. The repairs needed where organized but you never gave access to your room and thus we couldn't progress.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
