Throughout my tenancy. The agents did not act on the mold which grew throughout the property in Morley flats. Jonathan stated 'just spray it with a cleaner from Morrison's'.
At the beginning of the tenancy and monthly inspections I highlighted the radiator being broken and the oven was not cleaned upon arrival, they did not act on this.

A very generic response from Greenhaven, unfortunately the very detailed documents did not state anything about the mould and the leaks within the property. It also had no pictures and tick boxes which is laughable to a now experienced Tenant.
It is very bad business to focus on gaining as much money from Good Tenants who look after a property and make payments on time. Not once did Greenhaven have any problems with myself during my tenancy.
