The newly renovated flat has proved to be an enjoyable space for living. Although we have had some issues i.e mould in the bathroom and one bedroom and a broken shower these issues were eventually fixed although there was a slight delay. The staff have always been friendly and respectful. Overall, we have had a nice time in our property and have had recently renewed our lease for another year....

I would never recommend this company. First of all, my flat mates and I booked in to view a property and were told we had a set date. When we turned up to the flat on that date nobody from Grant Property showed up. I would not advise this agency to anyone as they are only interested in ripping you off! We rented a flat through the Glasgow agency branch and had an extremely poor experience. The staff is incompetent and also very rude, a nightmare to deal with. In order to get something fixed in the flat you will need to call them at least 5 times and wait a few weeks to get it fixed (if you are lucky enough it ever gets fixed). Grant property were very helpful when I asked to move in really quickly, they did all they could to ensure a swift move was possible. There were the little touches too that I assumed all agents did, but have since discovered they don't, E.G. Cant believe the reviews I have just seen. My son is going into his third year with Grants and we have never been more pleased with how relaxed we can feel knowing he is well taken care of by the staff here. They are so happy to help, know their tenants (my son on first name terms with all staff and always saying how brilliant they are). Its a load off our minds knowing he is in safe hands. I give them top marks for customer service and taking the time to be so friendly when they are so busy....

Grant prorperty agents are great at lurring people into renting flats run by them. There is no denying that the flats are tastefully furnished, however this comes with grave consequences. Absolutely appalling service for a full year. Whenever we approached the company to help us with things they would give us useless advice of absolutely no consequence, a good example of this would be the mould problem we had in two bedrooms and the bathroom and all we were advised to do was "to keep windows open", which in the middle of February in Central Scotland makes for very uncomfortable living. Do not use this company. They are very nice at getting you to rent the property however it all changes once you sign the papers. We have recently moved out of their property in which we were given stupid charges and lost our deposit. Had a year of absolute HELL with this company. I CANNOT STRESS how foolish it would be to rent a property with them, and I regret doing so hugely. We had problems literally from day 1. What agent could do to change your mind?
No one I delt with cared, I felt like I was constantly being lied t and when someone told me they would fix something I never assumed it was going t happen as the majority of the time it didn\'t. They could have ensured our beds were all perfectly normal before we moved in! And not taken advantage of us with holding fees and service charges wherever possible. I feel like they have taken advantage of first time tenants and that is how their company works. I feel like they just count on exploiting their tenants and then taking new ones on the following year.

Awful experience from day 1. Receptionist had no idea what he was doing, kept undercharging me during payment of deposit. Any problems in the flat were dealt with after 3 or 4 phone calls and still took AGES. Regular visits, sometimes unannounced.
