Gold Key is an independent, family-run letting agency based on the South Coast, serving the residential needs of Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and some outlying parts of Dorset. We pride ourselves on delivering a quality service, on treating our clients with due respect and consideration and their properties as we would wish ours to be treated. In so doing, we have found that we naturally attract respectable tenants. Being independent makes it easier to tailor our Full Management and Tenant-Find services to our landlords' requirements and keep our fees competitive. We deem it our duty to advise landlords on presenting the best face of their properties for an easy, quality let. We measure our success on all parties to residential contracts being happy and it is our pleasure to serve.
