Charges (for tenant referencing/credit checks) slightly higher than other agents however we had an answer within a couple of days so did not mind paying the fees.

Jason was outstanding. We had our property on the market with another agent for 4months with very few viewings. Jason told us he would get us an offer within 24hours, which he did and we excepted the offer and completed the sale very quickly....

We paid more with this agent then we would have with the other but he sold it very quickly so we were very happy to pay the extra.
