The worst agent in London.We have big problem with DAMP,ROTTEN WINDOWS,TAPS IN THE BATHROOM NOT WORKING,LEAKING GUTTERS and more hazard conditions in the property.I did call several times to agent,sent emails with pictures and always answer was ''we will repair this''.More then half year is ... What agent could do to change your mind?
Just be nice to good tenants and not threat them .He should not work as a agent.We did rent property from different agency\'s and never had any problems and always agents were nice and helpful.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
