I wholeheartedly agree, especially with the state of the properties, and they absolutely disrespect their tenants. They have consistently failed to maintain their properties, once you are a tenant you're forgotten. The only time the property is looked at is when someone moves out and they do a quick paint over job for the next tenant moving in. ...
