What agent could do to change your mind?
Been professional. Explained to the vendor the normal process of selling a property. Look into the facts of a sale before ringing a client.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be honest from the start. We didn't want a short term let. Lots of unnecessary stress and upset caused by them not being honest.

They lied about their fees, initially quoting in the region of £350 but later billing us for over £600. Only after taking an ironically named 'good faith' deposit was a written schedule of payment provided with a breakdown of fees. Contract documentation they provided contained numerical errors ...
