These are the worst agents ever. As an investor I have dealt with many agents over the years. First of all they do not take their under offer or even sold properties off Rightmove. So you ring them up and all properties have been sold or are under offer. No communication after an offer was make and they play prospective buyers off against each other. I will not give this agent one star we employed them to find a tenant for our property only they then took it up on themselves to do the tenancy agreement and take the deposit just to get extra fees from the tenant then they said they would not release the deposit to me until the tenant moved in. Worst agency ever! Lived in a flat with them for a year and a half,once moved in we found out there was no hot water or even water pressure! Told them and contacted landlord and it took 6 months for them to look at it! We always pride ourselves at offering more as standard, so when we receive a review such as this one it is always disappointing, however in this case we do not feel that we have offered poor service. We have an obligation to present all offers to a vendor. If a vendor decides that they would like to accept an offer from a different buyer, they are free to make this choice. There are too many issues to write them all here. Firstly if you fall for the six month up front scam, do not accept it. Oh dear, where to start! My advice would be to avoid this agent at all costs. On the face of it their fees look very reasonable but you will pay over the odds in the long term. They need to actually employ people with common sense... As a result of their countless faults, I have now began legal proceedings. They have lost a tenant and the landlord as a result of their exceptionally bad service. Advice: Better process, better customer service and better training to understand what their requirements are by law as this is something the continue to lack.

Should be more mindful of tenants rather than just being a landlord\'s agent. Tenants are the ones who suffer from any problems with the property. The landlord and estate agents should appreciate that any delays in rectifying these issues have a huge impact on their standard of living especially issues that can impact tenant\'s health e.g. mould. At the end of the day tenants are your customers and you have no business if you have no tenants.

Customer service not good, contact Mr Kendall and he advises that Ms Mitchell will contact you, however this the query does not get resolved either way. Apparently all landlords are sent an email each month asking to rate them (the quality of their service), even when you do not rate them, the survey is shown as "Fantastic", therefore a waste of time carrying out the monthly quality survey as it will rate them as good either way....
