Do not buy a property with this estate agent. They are sharks, and no help whatsoever, they don't care when the deal is done its done, and any problems it's tough * They are very good at skimming over potential problems and telll you all is ok,when it isn't...really ... Read Full Review

This agent did not provide any terms and conditions. Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
