Strongly advise to stay well away from this outfit, both as a tenant and as a landlord. As a landlord they will invent and concoct "repairs" and then instruct their rip off contractors to charge excessive amounts without your knowledge or authorisation. eg they charged ...

Don't care about tennants, very sneaky and hugely untrustworthy. We had a nice place but suffered with the rudeness of the owner. Would recommend to stay away from their properties...
