Comments on Agent Fees
I thought the costs were reasonable. You will get cheaper via an online company however I can't see you getting the same price for your property. Viewers will definitely try and get you to reduce your price. I always referred them to speak to the girls in the office. That took the pressure off me. The office staff had no problems with that.
