Emma, you contacted us twice a day, we did say during referencing period its our referencing company who deals with it and takes 7 days. The first property the landlord found his own tenant, this is his choice. On the second property the landlord does not take pets and we would not go against the landlord. We hope you find a property soon. All the best ...

I paid upfront for my Agent fees and I wasn't disappointed. People think that by doing this and choosing the cheaper option then the Estate Agent doesn't work as hard to sell the property, this wasn't the case.
