Completely frustrated with the attitude of the letting agent, the day I move to the property I had issues as the lift won't work and despite repeated calls and emails there was no response. I was left to deal with the situation all by myself....

Comment on agent fees
No fee for the buyer, but there was a refundable holding deposit which only concerns the buyer. Basically if the buyer withdraws they loose 2k. This does not apply to the seller, they can withdraw with no charge. Which is not a fair concept. Also according to the write up the deposit will be refunded after exchange, but it's upon completion in reality. Anyway I got it back in the end which is all that mattered to me really.

I highly recommend you use Fraser and ask for Daniel by name as he is the best agent in London! He is the sole reason that we were able to move into the flat we wanted, and several times he went out of his way to make us feel welcome. I won't be using anyone else from now on....

Tom Moore knew the area well, and offered to show me other properties within the same area although my focus was the one property due to time constraints. Extremely bad experience. Property had an external balcony door that didn't close. This was already mentioned at the viewings, upon letting the appartment nothing was done. It took the agency 3 weeks to send someone to fix an external entrance door (repairing is at the discretion of the owner was the first response). When I moved in I reported quite a few things broken, most of them haven't been fixed. I have reported some problems more than three times and nothing has been done about it. Now my washing machine is broken since over 1 week and it will be for at least another week. Last time I couldn't use washing machine for over 3 weeks. Terrible property management, unprofessional staff. I am pretty sure they will charge me for stuff I haven't broken at the end of the tenancy. Avoid this agency....

Terrible company to deal with, started arranging viewing for our property after we'd only been there for 4 months and continued to view with very little notice at least once a week until the end of our tenancy. Any issues raised with the property were completely ignored, and email responses all took at least a week. Focused purely on collecting monies and refusing any responsibility for communal areas. I withheld rent after they ignored most of my complaints over three months, all of which were fair and were in the interest of the Landlord to have remedied. Terrible attitude and only offered threats....

Fraser & Co gave minimal notice when wanting to view the property, took on average at least one week to reply to emails, and had a complete lack of internal communication (in three days we had emails from five different employees saying the same thing). Before Renting : maximum attention to the customer until the contract was signed. During the tenancy : We reported some problems (a sofa broken, a bulb lamp not working ,mould in the bathroom, which were never fixed. I just rented a property through Fraser & Co (Baker Street) in a new building next to Warren Street station. I love the place as it is brand new, clean and very close to my university. Whilst dealing with them they were very helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole experience and respond quickly to any questions or problems I have. I would definitely recommend them....

We were using Abode until we discovered without notice they were brought out including the staff into Frasers I assume they were about to go bust. We are not having to spend hundreds of pounds putting out flat right after terrible advice not to fight the tenants for the deposit after our flat was trashed. We now found out they handle a lot of IT contracts and have been told keeping the contract happy is far more important that a individual landlord....

This agent is absolutely appalling. Like the reviewer above, I\'ve been having problems with the windows in my apartment. I moved in about 6 months ago. Upon moving in I\'ve discovered that the windows in the kitchen and bathroom did not close properly (rendering the flat too chilly for basic activities). Never ever deal with Fraser & Co OR Their subsidiary Abode Estate Ltd in Feltham It's been more than 2 months now; they have not fixed Blinds in my Bed room. As per the Inventory Report the blinds are not working in one of the Bed room. I requested them to fix the problem, but it is still not fixed after more than two months.
