Anna, your experience sounds very familiar as the exact same thing happened to me too! My flat was let out like an AirBNB (no approval from me) and Shakir blamed everything on the tenant. Although I manage to get back my flat, there were outstanding rental amounting to GBP5K plus water and electricity bills (GBP500) that was sent to me! No news from Shakir since then.
