Read full description...Set up in 2009 during the recession, FranKeys friendly and professional manner has seen the business go from strength to strength.

As an independent estate agent, FranKeys prides itself on offering excellent customer service and is free to use its ingenuity to go the extra mile and come up with just the right solution for you.

A free valuation service, full sales service with no lengthy sole agency agreement, all viewings accompanied when required, Energy Performance Certificates and floor plans included, national and local advertising and regular contact with our sales team is just part of the comprehensive service we offer to those selling their homes with us.

And, if you’re looking to rent out a property, you can also expect full and independent referencing, assured shorthold tenancy agreements, inventories, deposits registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, rent collection, regular inspections and FranKeys to be contactable 24/7 as a minimum service provided by staff with their own property portfolios. As well as fully managed, FranKeys also offers tenant find and rent collection only services.

Now marking its fifth anniversary, 2014 has seen the Lincoln-based estate agent launch a new website at www.frankeys.co.uk, put a fresh face on its cheeky “Thinking of Mooving” bovine character, create its own app and get even more social through its Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Google+ accounts giving our landlords and sellers even greater exposure to prospective renters and buyers.

FranKeys is a member of the Property Ombudsman which rated FranKeys 100% for recommendation and codes of practice in the July 2012 audit.

Independent researcher For Sale Sign Analysis named FranKeys as the agent with the “highest ratio of Sold to For Sale signs of any agent” in Lincoln and surrounding villages in December 2013.

Thinking of mooving? You’d be mad not to choose FranKeys!

Why not pop into our office opposite Lincoln's Theatre Royal in Clasketgate for a coffee and discover what we can offer?

We live far away from our properties so we rely completely on our management companies and Frankeys did it right. I wish we hadn't got so much proof of that: our series of properties in the region were problematic. But Frankeys was our second firm ...

You'd always want to pay less but FranKeys was pretty much on a par with a firm we'd previously used in the region and the service was gigantically better.

I visited Frankeys with a colleague who was in the process of renewing their tenancy agreement. Having spent 5 minutes in the lettings department, I can categorically say that I will never put my business through this company and strongly advise any landlords to re-consider having ...

I agree completely, I have a friend who a while back was letting from them and they were nothing but awful to her the whole time. Unhelpful, unavailable, uninformative and damn right greedy. As for the renewal fees. Those are actually illegal. If you check your rights online you will see that unless you actually need to renew for the 6 extra months for some strange reason, they are not allowed to make you renew for that whole amount of time. It should turn into a month by month type of situa ...

The company on the whole have been fine, expensive but fine. House inspections have been irritating and not very flexible which is difficult as everyone in the property works a lot to pay their ridiculous rent. I'll put this in perspective, we have lived in ...

Deal with requests in a polite manner and actually call back when they say they will. Don't belittle people when we pay your salary.

The deposit was scandalous along with a stupidly high charge before even getting told whether or not we could rent the property.

Tenants are given advanced notice of inspections that are carried out in accordance with their contracts. We are concerned about this review of Janette as she is very professional and has always attracted good comments. The only occasions she has had to speak disparagingly to anyone has been when a property has been kept or left in an unsatisfactory state. As "Irritated Tenant" has chosen to post anonymously with no indication of the specific property rented it is difficult to res ...
