Bought our flat through Frank Innes only because it was the flat we wanted - received much better service from Knightsbridge Estate Agents. I have never in the 9 years of renting experienced Such unprofessional agents and money grabbers. We moved to Derby from Milton Keynes. I was told to bring the deposit and rent etc to the office and sign the tenancy before going to the house, Which we did. When we went to the house, it was disgusting and filthy. The service at Frank Innes in Burton is absolutely disgraceful. Lara and Luke both need to watch their tone of voice and their aggressive, rude manner in which they speak to customers!! I would never in a million years use this company in future to rent my house out with or to sell / buy through them again and I wouldn't recommend them either. The whole process was so slow and managed very unprofessionally. They would give a moving in date and then have to push it back another week and I would only be informed of this change at the last minute. Very stressful experience. We agreed the initial fees so have got to accept that was a contract. However, now that we have changed agents and are getting a first class service for significantly less fees, we feel, in retrospect that the fees charged were too high even moreso when taking into account the terrible service.
