The apartment is nice but do not rent it as at the moment of the check out they will invent things to take your money. Without doubt the worst property managers I have ever dealt with. The staff were beyond incompetent and could not handle even small tasks such as organising repairs or replacing tenants. What agent could do to change your mind?
Too many to mention. Everything they did was incorrect, too slow and generally created more difficulties than were present initially.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
