I then approached Fortress as I was recommended by one of my fathers friend's, Ali showed me he's professionalism and had confidence that he can sell my property. To my surprise, an offer was in within 2 weeks and I excepted it as it was the price i was looking for. The best part was that it was an investor with cash purchase. We got completed within 5 weeks. Ali was very honest from the start to finish and kept me updated regularly with phone calls and emails. I would highly recommend this agent.
Thank god I listened and followed my dad's friend advice.
