We have had the pleasure of doing business with Forefront for over 4 years and during this time we have rented our property and sold two properties.The last 3 years we have lived abroad and Forefront looked after our properties going above and beyond. Once I thought we had been broken into and they went round! Nothing was ever to much trouble and we were always giving prompt service. Using Forefront to manage my property has been a great choice. Having used different agents in the past, I am relieved to have found Forefront who are friendly, professional and utterly reliable. I couldn't ask for more from a property manager. I am kept informed at all times, any necessary work, from inventory taking to a repair job, is carried out to a very high standard, and I know I can call upon Forefront at any time. I am completely reassured that my apartment is in safe hands....

Was looking for someone to sell a 4bed detached with straight fee.Photos taken and description were all done and it went straight on to Rightmove. Viewings I did were during the evening but they do them during the day.Good negotiations with purchaser -why pay for a salesroom when you can sell like this.All staff were very helpful and professional...

Shocking estate agents. Viewed the above property was asked for feedback and said I thought the property overvalued by approximately 20 thousand pounds. The property value was dropped 25 thousand 4 weeks later. Tried to arrange a viewing during a week day with my wife as I work nights was told days are tricky couldn't my wife go on her own! I had my home on the market with this company for four months. In this time I conducted all the viewings due to the ONE member of staff who deals with viewings always being busy. The 'team' took the view that if you're home the viewing should be done by the home owner. They have an awful 'reception' call centre based who know where who don't tell you they are "just the reception staff" until you've had a ten minute conversation with them. I had a terrible experience with forefront. From the moment I decided to go ahead with the house they had advertised, I was pushed around like a doormat! They debited my account without authorisation and without informing me and left me overdrawn. Made me collect keys on a date I didn\'t quite have time for saying "you have to make time" when the landlord himself said he was happy for me to move in whenever, and I found out that they kicked the tenant out of the house waking him up an...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Could I have listened to all parties involved as none of the parties (new tenant, old tenant and landlord) where in a hurry! And not charge anyone\'s account without prior agreement!

We have worked hard to develop a LOCAL business with the right blend of people, knowledge and technology to enable us to offer a personal, efficient service in return for a fair, transparent fee, with no hidden extras or nasty surprises.

Selling Fees: 1 – BUYER FIND - Β£600 paid upfront

2 – FIND, VIEWINGS - Β£600 paid upfront and then Β£600 paid on completion

3 – SALE, NEGOTIATE & LEGALS - Β£600 paid upfront and then Β£900 paid on completion

4 – FULL SALES SERVICE - Β£600 paid upfront and then Β£1200 paid on completion or 1% of the sale price paid on completion, subject to a minimum fee of Β£2100.

Letting Fees - Landlord
1 – TENANT FIND - Β£300 paid upfront

2 – FIND & LET - Β£500 taken from 1st months’ rent

3 – LET & RENT COLLECTION - Β£300 to find a tenant taken from the 1st months’ rent then 8% of the rent due per month

4 – FULLY MANAGED - Β£300 to find a tenant taken from 1st months’ rent then 12% of the rent due per month

Tenant Fees: Honesty and transparency are important to us. The fees you see below are the costs you pay, with no hidden extras. - All fees include VAT.

On the day you sign the application form we will take the following:

A Holding Deposit - Β£200 and reference checks - Β£240 for the first adult and then Β£120 for every additional adult.

Once reference checks have been passed there will be an administration fee of Β£180.00 to process the rest of the application.

A Security deposit - normally one month’s rent and held by the Deposit Protection Service plus your first month’s rent will be automatically taken four working days before the start of the tenancy.
