Terrible agents. Terrible customer service at the end of a tenancy. We never signed a renewal contact yet they are assuming we have and hence the reason for retaining our deposit. Daylight Robbery. Full review is in Google. Do not rent with them. We rented this apartment for 18 months and were treated terrible when leaving. Terrible fees. They charged us a renewal fee yet never sent us a contract and are now pretending we got it. Ridiculous.

Having rented apartments from a number of agents in the city in the past, I can honestly say that FleetMilne are by far the best and easiest to work with. Even down to simple things like confirming viewings, when so many other agents just didn't turn up. The entire process was made easy and the care during the tenancy has been fantastic. Would recommend to all....

Greedy corporate thugs. They are a money making institution and you are just a number. They will find whatever way to suck every penny out of you, either by increasing the rent drastically (they will inform in the coldest way possible as if you're money-making machine) or by forcing you to opt for their preferred cleaning agency which costs surreal amounts of money (You can only guess how much they get out of it) or by the crazy check out fee, HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PRINT A FEW PAGES? Very helpful until you've paid them, then unbelievably unhelpful. The worst estate agent I've had the misfortune to deal with, especially considering their agency fees. 3 months after I've moved out and they're still not sorting out returning my deposit, and this point I'd rather just be done with it....

They say they are an award winning agency, the staff are not friendly at all, they never talk to me as a costumer and as if I am a random person bothering them. Every time there has been a problem in my flat and I call them, they lie about being in a meeting and I have to chase them for months. They don't value their costumes and if I knew these things I would have never signed a contract through them....

Completing next week, I had an excellent experience with Fleetmilne. New to the area we were shown the property by Luca and he was very upfront and open about the pros and cons of the property including works required. He was also open about price and possiblities and in my view he was honest and doing his best to be honest but to also seal a deal. Professional and easy to get hold of. Rented with Fleet-Milne over a number of years and at first happy, but service has been detoriating fast. They keep changing their team around, which means that there may be someone in charge of maintenance who hasn't got any clue whatsoever of said maintenance issues. In fact, they appear to forget that as a tenant you are transferring thousands of pounds onto their accounts every year. They sometimes fail to notify you of flat visits, against the law that is. ive been renting with Fleetmilne for over 4 years in different properties. I always go back to them as their service and efficiency is second to none. I was shocked by these other negative comments as I\'ve never had an issue. Even when reporting maintenance problems, they always respond quickly with a polite and personal approach. Truly a 5 star agent....

I was a prospective tenant about a month ago. I saw a property at the New Hampton Lofts and was shown around by Tristan I think his name was. If they had good communication skills, different representatives (looking at you Tristan) and took a bit of pride in their work, I MIGHT think about using them again. lol jokes

The are very greedy, look for any star * in agreement near the price, it is almost 100% sure they are going to change that and not only 10-15% but like in my case from 75 to 200 with no REASON. Check the inventory list and list all mistakes, dirty appliances and all even not relevant for you things.
