She is honest, trustworthy and incredibly hardworking. She has done her utmost to find suitable tennants for my property and I am extremely happy with every aspect of her services. From the initial contact with Michelle, until the contracts were signed, it has been a hassle-free process. Our flat was let within two days of meeting Michelle- tenants moved in less than two weeks later. Michelle helped with all the references and contracts. Highly recommended - would absolutely work with Michelle again.

Michelle is great. I had tenants within hours of engaging her. She overly communicated with me to make sure i knew what was going on. The tenants loved her. Michelle provided professional, courteous, consistent and personalized service from showing through to signing. I am new to UK and conducted an open search. Her approach was clearly and positively differentiated from others, especially for my several question on the process here. She carried through to help additionally after signing for which i was grateful (and was not necessary strictly speaking). Michelle and FlatIron market based on a more personal touch approach, and i couldn't agree more. It was a huge benefit to have this level of service during a big transition to a new country and system, and i could not recommend her more - honest, fair, professional, personalized. Great job!
