After reading the other reviews they reminded me of something else that we had the same problem with. We asked if there were any hidden fees before we moved and were told there were none. On moving day when we were desperate for somewhere to move to suddenly we have to pay hundreds of pounds in admin costs and legal costs and costs to produce the tenancy agreement etc etc. I cant remember if it was as much as the £600 that others have mentioned, but it was definitely more than £100 from each o ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been honest and truthful and tired to help positively instead of displaying an overwhelming intrest in obtaining a deposit. They need to know that you can afford a flat but should not ask personal quetions they way they do. All that is necessary it to tell you the terms such as a 6 week deposit and one months advance rental is required.Attached Filesnbsp;

Unlike some comments on this page, I have not received any response to any email I have sent since April. I have to ring them constantly to chase them up. If I had been told at the initial interview that a direct debit could not be set up to pay my building society direct obviously I would have arranged to pay directly from my bank. The legal ten have informed me that I completed the form wrongly which I did not I also took insurance out directly with them to protect me from non payment of rent. This agency grabs huge amounts of money from you but give no customer care and are unable to perform the simplest administration DO NOT USE THEM PLEEAASEAttached Filesnbsp;
