What agent could do to change your mind?
Make the check-in optional, don't charge so much money for printing a copy of a contract that we then have no possibility of changing. Fix the system so we can make adjustments later or something, or don't charge so much.

They could have been less pushy. They could have communicated with us and replied to our messages. They could charge reasonable prices or provide an above-average service. They could be more competent with other peoples' money. They could not discreetly lobby for your eviction without your knowledge.
