Thank you for your review Florence. When you have signed a fixed term tenancy agreement, the only way out of the contract is by finding a replacement tenant on the contract - this must be done in a like for like fashion and they must be referenced the same way and the new tenant must sign for the same tenancy length. Looking back, I can see that you did bring applicants to us which we followed up with every time, however some of the applicants were not successful as the tenancy length/referencin ...
