Fees are very reasonable indeed and also a fee waiver if you refer someon o them and the let out thier property which is very generous. I investigated other big letting agents and thier were lot of hidden fees and compulsory fees such as \"compliance\" which was jus nonsense. First avenue will always get you the best quotes for any works needing done on your property.
