We note your comments and are saddened that you are unhappy. During your tenancy we have not experienced any issues and at check out we must minimise social contact and therefore request tenants are not present. We do provide a full check out report and if not happy with findings we can go through the deposit process whereby an independent adjudicator can analyse findings.
