Hi Maceo, I'm sorry to read your review. I agree that tenants should ensure that the inventory at the start of the tenancy is accurate. That document (signed by the tenant) forms the basis for our end of tenancy check and is what we use to determine whether something has been damaged during the tenancy. Let me begin with a potted history. Approximately fifteen years ago you became agent for the flat in question. All regular maintenance of the grounds ceased. The first time the fence was replaced there were no shrubs in that strip of ground! I know because I had no problems erecting the fence. Hi Keyur, thank you for your message. I have spoken to the Property Department Manager in Central Oxford who has confirmed that the condensation issue is caused by a lack of ventilation.
