After having problems with our house(multiple leaks from the roof and bathroom) we complained to the agency and got promised that everything will get sorted almost immediately. After 6 months of complaining they came over and put one of OUR OWN bin bags to cover the bath tub so it would apparently fix the problem temporarily. It is hard to tell who comes off worse from FL Property Management - the landlord for paying for a service that the tenant doesn't receive; or the tenant who has to continually chase FL and listen to the never-ending excuse of quarantined e-mails. Negotiations settled on a price that vendor had accepted. Agent called back late evening on the same day to disclose that a higher offer had been made and invited us to make an even higher offer รƒยขรขโ€šยฌรขโ‚ฌย trying to force an increase on an offer that had already been verbally accepted. I first let my property through Featherstone Leigh in 2010 and was more than happy for them to sell it for me in 2013. Throughout the let- every payment was received on time. Communication was brilliant however big or small the query and they always kept me informed. I wouldn\'t hesitate to use them again....

Everything about this agency is a shambles. When any work has needed to be done to the property it has required constant calls to them before it started and on several occasions it has been left half done requiring even more calls before work was completed. Once we were without a usable bathroom for more than a week and another time we were left with a dangerously cracked window for again around a week. My advise as a buyer or seller is not to use Featherstone Leigh. The Teddington office booked me in for a viewing on a Saturday and stood us up. Nobody bothered to contact me for a few days to apologise. However, at least somebody did apologise! The same thing happened with the Twickenham office, they booked me in for an evening appointment. My husband raced back from work and then nobody turned up to the property. When I rang to complain, the manager was appalling and did not apologise at all. ...

Been more apologetic and tried to arrange another appointment. Being rude to a customer always leads to the customer not wishing to return to that agent.

Totally disorganised, poor management service, kept sending shoddy contractors to my house who did appalling (or no) work and then charged way over market rates. Agent has zero sales skills. Showed up to the flat and the agency had not called the tenants to let them know about the viewing so we were not allowed in. Agent suggested it was our fault for requesting a same-day viewing. We received no follow up calls or suggestions about other properties to view....

Extremely disappointed in the service provided. Very aggressive and attentive sales group, absolutely disappear at times when issues arise. I spent 3 weeks without a washing machine and the agent didn't make any calls to me or offer any support. In addition, they provided no support in seeking reimbursement for cleaning costs incurred during this time. No point saying the rubbish you do if you don't actually tell us what they did wrong. Your post is based on your tunnel vision opinion and no good to anyone. You are probably one of those irritating people we have to deal with on a day to day basis. I don't work for FL, but am an agent and believe me, we sometimes deal with opinionated people like youtself and just get on with it knowing that you clients don't know any better. Get a life dude.....
