No point saying the rubbish you do if you don't actually tell us what they did wrong. Your post is based on your tunnel vision opinion and no good to anyone.
You are probably one of those irritating people we have to deal with on a day to day basis.
I don't work for FL, but am an agent and believe me, we sometimes deal with opinionated people like youtself and just get on with it knowing that you clients don't know any better.
