What agent could do to change your mind?
They could act professionally, vet their landlords, return calls when promised and in general run a business instead of the farce I was subjected to.

I absolutely agree. They took our money every month for letting our property and did nothing else. As a result I am now in trouble with a credit company and we have no idea what state the property is in as they never went to check it. When I called to complain they said all their letters must have got lost in the post and it was basically my fault. Rude and lazy people!!!! ...
