Worst management agency in the world! We had so many problems with them including their agents coming to our flat with other unsolicited individuals. I lived for 5 years in one of their properties (taken from another agent who took it from another agent) and single handedly had to deal with my terrible neighbors (a drug addict at the back that kept everyone awake every single night until all the tenants moved out), some heavy socialisers on the ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
