If things like money and good communication mean something to you, please avoid this company at all costs (as it will literally cost you later on). Otherwise be prepared to write countless e-mails that will never be answered, phone them up frequently to remind them of their to-dos, chase every little issue multiple times before anything gets done about it and lastly, fight a long and exhausting fight to get your deposit back. As a tenant, unfortunately we had to deal with them for over a year....

Overpriced. Charge you for whatever can be charged, then will try to charge more during check-out when you leave the property.

Extremely incompetent for over 5 years, poor service in every aspect from providing bills, creating legal documents to arranging repairs. Won an independent legal case against them with over 5 points of failures and breaches of tenancy. Do not use if you are a property owner and run away if you are a prospective agent....

Avoid at any cost! Nothing gets solved with this agency, communication is nil. They do not talk to the landlord and then pretend they did and give you a random answer, they do not send you basic documents such as an inventory checklist, they never seem to know what is happening. I have never seen so much incompetence concentrated in one company....

It is almost impossible to communicate with this agency. It feels like sending messages to an automated, poorly programmed machine and it is a struggle to accomplish anything. We have not received a copy of the initial property inspection after more than a year of living in the flat despite repeatedly asking for one. "*" Evasive"*". Avoid. Otherwise you will lose out financially. You will not get any money you are owed by this company without going through a long, drawn out battle. I would like to express my disappointment at the service that I have received from Ezytrac. It has been almost 4 weeks and my deposit has not been returned due to "dust" I left in the apartment.. My apartment was left immaculate but they seem to think that it needs a professional clean.
