Really slow response times, hidden fees left right and centre this place could easily feature in the documentary 'rip off Britain.' nearly 200 quid for cleaning automatic £30 administration fee deducted from deposit return oh and other so called damages mostly consistent with 5 yrs wear and tear. I am waiting now for over 3 weeks for the plumber,i have a leaking problem,my water bill doubled in last 3 months,they allways say th plumber is busy! They have so much properties rented, and they have 1 plumber. ? Very unprofessional agency !!! A very good agency I wanted an introduction only service as I live fairly local to my property and I was happy with the speed in which executive lets found me a very suitable tenant. We found Executive Lets good initially as they helped us negotiate the rental price down. They also dealt with maintenance problems (very few in our case), adequately. However, on checking out, they used every trick in the book to try and get as much money as they could out of our deposit. If I was a landlord I would never use this company to deal with my property. They are unhelpful and unwilling to take ownership of a problem. Their customer service is poor, I have been let down and will look to terminate my tenancy as soon as possible so please think carefully if you plan to use this company....

Me and my partner found a great flat, we had to run through executive lets, paying them a substantial sum of money to sort out all the paperwork ( Of which we ended up having to do anyway). they set up a standing order/ direct debit, of which they lost details (yes, you heard right, lost bank details of my partners card) we then paid the deposit etc, and when first months rent is due they didn't contact us that they haven't got the bank details or anything, being genuine people we called them to...

They should essentially just do their jobs. Deal with the current clients more attentively before trying to obtain more and make their business as big as possible.

Do I have to give them a star? Don't go near them. This is all 100% honest of my experience with them. Nothing slanderous, but just the facts. I lived in a property of their for ~18 months and they didn't fix a single issue for us in this time. Toilet seat was broken when we moved in, but we were asked to fix it and pay for it ourselves, and then bill them afterwards... If a manager is to call me back, then bloody call me back. Actually fix things like Windows as they are pretty important. Don\'t try to charge tenants for call-outs they never requested.

I am disgusted with executive lets, their staff were unhelpful, disorganised and not present for half of my inquiries by phone or in person. The original inventory purposefully left out the damages to the property on my arrival and on my departure they charged me fully for these damages and excessively for the damages that were caused by me. I travelled 300 miles to meet their agent at the house and arrived in plenty of time. Having been a tenant of Executive Lets for the past two-and-a-half years I cannot recommend them highly enough. I needed two properties very quickly in Plymouth so I think I pretty much rang all the agents in the area. Compared to most Executive Lets were initially very helpful and actually wanted to speak to me, even with my unusual brief. They got me in the properties without fuss despite me changing the date last minute. Its a shame they weren\'t managing the first house. Thanks guys....

Absolutely terrible. I have been a tenant with four companies previously and not had any problems, but they are awful. They rented us a house for 900pca which after 2 weeks started showing huge damp problems that the landlord had obviously slapped some magnolia paint over and they would do nothing about it. They told us to open our windows! Thank you executive let\'s for that stellar piece of advice, never would have thought of that. I had to throw away about 10 pairs of shoes and half of my war...

Don\'t touch this agency with a bargepole. They are as they will tell you 100% on the side of the landlord. They screwed us over in every way possible. The staff are not interested in any complaints that you make but only seem interested in taking every penny they can from you. Useless, had mice in our house because the house had about 1000 cracks in it. Decided to rent off photos off the internet, big mistake. they took 6 months rent upfront as well, so when we decided to move out 6 months into agreement, we lost 4 months rent. Also had handyman not associated with rental agency that had keys!!! Area full of prostitutes which they didnt mention. Don\'t have a clue about life...

Gutted. This firm are a shambles, nobody in the office has a clue about real life, they are all of no help. This company is 100 percent on the side of the landlord and does not give a toss about the tenant and problems as they turn up from time to time. Don't listen to "angel" ,executive lets are terrible and this is just an attempt to cover up the disgusting service they provide tenants, and the horrifically biased views their company represents. Their inspector is an expert at misrepresenting the information in the inventory for their property's and this company will make every attempt to steal as much of the deposit as they can get their thieving hands on with no regards to the fact you people have NO RIGHT to the money. Mistreatme....

This business is dishonest and unprofessional. They handle complaints with the indifference of seasoned crooks and rarely respond to letters unless its a summons for the small claim court which gets a reaction. If its too late for you then keep records of all your correspondence and prepare yourself for some surprise charges at the end of your tenancy including phantom cleaners and invisible damage....

Staff at Executive Lets dont seem to know whats going on and would say contridicting information. Two important documents were lost in the office and then found weeks later. Slow referencing. Going into property two weeks late, praying that everything works!! Very stressfull experience....
