Although I eventually decline I was most impressed by the way George progress this matter on my behalf and also with respect to the Landlord. Also, I very grateful to George's boss, Harry, for his assistance in this matter.

Excel are the third managing agents I have used for my London flat and they are by far the best to date. They keep me well informed of all developments /changes and go out of their way to find reliable and longer term renters. I am satisfied they are monitoring the condition of the flat and ensuring any issues are addressed ( previous managing agents presided over a massive deterioration in the state of the flat ). They chime with my wish to be a responsible and ethical landlord. So pleased I have found them!

My experince with Excel Property Service, for some years now, has only been positive. Such opinion was re-inforeced during the Covid period as they proactively marketed the property using new digital means, and handled the check-out and check-in process safetly and seamlessly. In additon they proactively supported and executed the sourcing, ordering, and instlatation of new FFE at the property, which made the new leasing happen.
