Dear Tenant , Estates and Lets does not own the property and thus the company needs to follow a private landlord's instructions. We endeavoured to get the best solution for you and the other 3 tenants as it was a joint tenancy. We spoke to the landlord on numerous occasions to accommodate various requests. As per your request, the landlord agreed to released two tenants from the agreement earlier as well as their share of the deposit. The remaining two tenants were offered to pay half of the ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
