I was hired by the office at 141 Stroud Green Road . They saying that they are helping homeless people . It's a fake office . They sent me to the house where 17 years old guy assaulted me physically and verbally . No one from office pay attention for that matter . Shame for all there ... Read Full Review

WARNING!!!!!! DONT USE!!!!!!! instructed agent (george) 141 estates to rent my newly refurbished house in N13. The rent was payed on time the first month but then it stoped. What agent could do to change your mind?
pay the rent on time not deduct money from rent for damage caused by tenants inspect to property to make sure pets were not being kept and drugs were not being taken (was warned about this)

Unfortunately I have found this agency difficult to deal with and dishonest. As one exmaple I have known a case of a tenant not receiving back a full deposit without explanation and even using aggression towards tenants, personally for me I would never use them ... Read Full Review
