It takes 6 weeks for us to get a working washing machine and it does not come with drying function. It's ridiculous. Super irresponsible and inefficient, sent in the wrong sized washing machine once, attempted to deliver without former notice once, just never come for appointment 2-3 times. The worst property agent ever....

I am the Landlord and I think it is important to distinguish between the responsibilities of the Landlord and the Agent. The agent can only contact and advise and the Landlord is responsible for authorising relevant action and expenditure. As far as I am aware, Envisage advised me promptly of the problems. I attempted to have the machine repaired, but this was not possible and so a new machine was ordered. I am not sure why there were difficulties with delivery because I think this was with App....

Absolute Cowboys! Rented me an illegal flat that has no planning permission and a building enforcement notice served on it! Paid a huge amount of admin fees, you were keen to fully investigate me as a tenant yet failed to check the landlord or the 'newly converted' building. Then the 'studio' flat above me, they let to a family of 3! Absolute nightmare! I'm now having to leave the flat and start all over again, with yes MORE agent fees!...

by far the worst letting company i have ever had to deal with, if any one is a student DO NOT! watse your time and money with envisage. they are very rude and will do almost anything to make sure that you do not get any of your deposite back. when me and two of my friends decided we were going to move in they told us the house would be cleaned and anything that was broken or damaged would also be sorted ...and none of this happend. at the end of our ternacy we cleaned the house for days to make ...

Longish review, if you only read some make sure you read the last paragraph! Rented with Envisage last academic year, 2012/2013. Initial service when looking at properties and when signing up for a place was good and professional. The initial admin fee to pay on signing up is a lot, plus having to pay deposit and the first months rent in advance all in cash was quite surprising. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took our money which included the bills yet never paid them on time. Our gas was cut off several times and so was the internet. Entered the property without warning on more than one occasion, one time which resulted in one of us being locked out of our room. Uninformed decorating work commenced while we were there which stopped us from using most of the ground floor for 2 weeks yet we were all expected to pay full amount of rent. Complied with their half of the tenancy agreement. Given answers to questions. Pay bills on time. Not try and take our deposits unlawfully. Operate lawfully and put deposits in a protection scheme.

BAD SERVICE. Staffs are very rude and they do not know everything about the property. Questions asked were not entertained and after asking more questions the staff was annoyed and raised her voice saying "I DON\'T KNOW!". I STRONGLY advice students to stay away from this agent as the service is so poor and they freaking ask for £150 for the agent fees....

I see plenty of places where this can be Envisage's fault. -It's illegal to pressure tenants into paying any non-refundable fee without allowing them to see the COMPLETED contract. You should know that as estate/letting agents; look it up. -It's immoral (possibly illegal) to put so much pressure on potential tenants to pay so much money with no time to discuss/think things over. You just asked for £1050 on the spot, that's crazy. -It's immoral to allow such ridiculous price increases....

I am a student at the local University at Coventry. From the moment me and my house mates joined Envisage it was a terrible experience. There happy to take your money but that is all they seem to do. Incompetent and rude staff who aren\'t capable of replying to emails or phone calls. When we did speak to the staff about issues they didn\'t really have a clue and never solved any of our problems. very good during the tenure, but did see a penny of the deposit back, he said there was work to be done in the bath room, he rennovated the wholehouse and expected us to pay for it! Very annoying! Students be aware, very shrewd guy, will not return your deposit. He said that there was £900 spent on the repairs, all that needed doing was a coat of paint, I feel I shouldnot be paying for his rennovation of the house as he had bought the house himself from the original landlord and let it out...
